This is supreme and allows people to live fairly and happily with one another.</p>
<p>The Nigerian Law profession thinks otherwise - they need people to think their way, to walk their way, to look their way and talk what they want. They force people to abandon their religion in order to be called "barristers". At every year "call to bar", they ask Muslim ladies who have never exposed their hairs all their lives to remove their hijabs - before they can be allowed to practice Law in the country.</p>
<p>In most Nigerian courts, hijab is not allowed in court, albeit, imported wigs can be worn. This has affected the career of so many Muslim ladies who have gone to law college for 5 years, another 1 year in Law school but have not been allowed to practice until they abandon their religion.</p>

This bill comes with some wrong ideologies such as:</p>
<p>-For you to practice any ICT related activities you have to be registered as a Practitioner. This means licence fees, and other possible fines. The youths are the one who practice ICT. Most youths do so because they are jobless. This will obviously discourage any current or future practitioners.<br>- Is either a holder of an ICT Degree, diploma or any Degree with 3 years experience. We all know that most ICT practitioners do not have any or have very little formal education on ICT. <br>- Extra bureaucracies which are most likely to discourage youth from registering and possibly foster corruption.</p>
<p>Anyone who has worked in the ICT field knows that this is a free world of trade. denunciamos y rechamos tajantemente la persecución política y el abuso a los derechos fundamentales, tanto a la libertad de expresión y opinión, como a los derechos laborales que  las autoridades gubernamentales, alojadas en el Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio y en el Servicio Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural están ejerciendo sobre el Sr. Alberto Serrano, un profesional de trayectoria, evaluado con distinción y que cumple un rol fundamental en la salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural de la zona más austral de Chile. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>Denunciamos que la resolución exenta RA N°122512/933/2019 del \u003cbr>SNPC, mediante la cual las autoridades dieron  término anticipado a la contratación de Alberto Serrano, carece de legalidad.\u003cbr>\u003cbr>Cuestionamos profundamente que el despido del Sr. Serrano, se ajuste al buen servicio de la institución, sino más bien sugieren, que responden a intereses de índole político y económico, entendiendo el peligro que representa para las inversiones públicas y privadas, un funcionario que trabaja en coherencia y consecuencia de la salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>Llamamos a  las autoridades a velar por la misión que les compete, de salvaguardar el patrimonio cultural de nuestro país y exigimos dejar sin efecto la resolución emitida en perjuicio de Alberto Serrano y que expone a todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Servicio Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural a un alto nivel de vulnerabilidad e inestabilidad laboral. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>- El Sr. Alberto Serrano hace once años se desempeña como profesional del Servicio Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural, en su cargo de Director del Museo Regional Martín Gusinde, Puerto Williams. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>Quien en el ejercicio de su función como director del museo más austral del país, ha sido un pilar fundamental en la salvaguarda del patrimonio cultural de la región, además de desarrollar un trabajo activo con las comunidades locales en la educación y gestión del patrimonio. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>- Con fecha 22.03.19, se emitió la resolución exenta RA N°122512/933/2019 del Servicio Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural, dando término anticipado a la contratación de Alberto Serrano, la cual señala que se habrían recibido antecedentes por parte de la Gobernación de la Provincia de Antártica Chilena y Secretaría Regional Ministerial de las Culturas, Las artes y el Patrimonio, respecto situaciones en las que se vió involucrado el funcionario Farriol que “eventualmente, pudieran encontrarse en conflicto con su carácter de funcionario público y autoridad de este servicio en la región de Magallanes y Antártica Chilena”. Las conductas denunciadas dicen relación en marchas que alteran el orden público, transformando el normal funcionamiento de la ciudad de Puerto Williams. “Sin perjuicio de lo indicado y más allá de los hechos denunciados, esta autoridad considera que en este escenario, el trabajo del Servicio Nacional del Patrimonio Cultural se ha visto afectado negativamente, resolviendo poner término anticipado a la contrata del Sr. Serrano Farriol, por no ser necesarios sus servicios, atendidas sus aptitudes personales, en razón a la evaluación negativa por parte de esta Dirección de la situación descrita...” \u003cbr>\u003cbr>- El día 25 de marzo, el Director del SNPC, Sr. Carlos Maillet, entrega a la Asociación de Funcionarios ANATRAP,  los fundamentos para el despido, mediante  la lectura de una minuta que relata cronológicamente una serie de hechos en los que participó Serrano en la región, entre las que destacan marchas del movimiento NO+AFP y contra la instalación de la industria Salmonera en la Región, argumentando que habría sido el propio Serrano quién reconoció su defensa a esas causas, por lo tanto se señaló que “el funcionario coloca sus intereses personales sobre los de la institución”, además de agregar que existirían reclamos de autoridades regionales, entre estas el ex-gobernador de la provincia de Antártica Chilena, Sr. Juan José Arcos  y la Seremi de Cultura, Sra. Katherine Ibacache, aludiendo  que el funcionario no accedió abrir el Museo en una ocasión determinada en que se le habrá requerido.\u003cbr>\u003cbr>- Señalamos que los antecedentes de la decisión tomada, carecen de cualquier fundamento, dado que se contradicen con el ORD. emitido por el mismo SNPC durante el mes de febrero donde ante los mismos hechos se le señaló al funcionario que estas actividades estaban dentro de su derecho de libertad de expresión pero que tuviera cuidado con que no afectará la imagen de la institución.\u003cbr>\u003cbr>Cabe señalar que  el trabajo desarrollado por Alberto Serrano en la región, se ha reflejado en su cercanía con las comunidades locales y su aporte al patrimonio regional. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>Por su parte, el gobernador Arcos ya no ejerce en el cargo y que el trabajador ha establecido una labor coordinada con el actual gobernador regional y que la misma Seremi habría señalado que su rol en este caso habría sido solo derivar los antecedentes al Servicio. \u003cbr>\u003cbr>Por todo lo anterior, sumado a que el evento señalado respecto a la apertura del museo fuera de horario, carece de fundamentos, dado que dicha solicitud fue efectuada por una empresa privada de turismo ULTRAMAR, la que solicitó abrir el museo fuera de los horarios que las mismas resoluciones del SNPC ha dictado. Una decisión de esa magnitud, que involucra recursos públicos y afecta el trabajo del equipo de 4 personas que componen el museo, por lo tanto no constituye un antecedente de peso para la medida Eventually, I managed to escape back to the UK and when I was 28 I was finally able return to education, but I still think about the years I missed. I also think about all the other girls in our communities today who are in the same situation.\u003cstrong> I know there are girls like Malala here in the UK. \u003c/strong>\u003c/p>\n\u003cp>\u003cstrong>A Nobel Peace Prize for Malala will send a clear message that the world is watching\u003c/strong> and will support those who stand up for gender equality and universal human rights, including the right to education for girls.\u003c/p>\n\u003cp>\u003cstrong>Worldwide support:\u003cbr>\u003c/strong>This is a global campaign, calling on multiple countries to nominate Malala. We want anything they give to us to be \u003cstrong>sustainable so we can protect the planet for us and for future generations.\u003c/strong>\u003c/p>\n\u003cp>After we learned about the environment and pollution in school we wanted to do everything we could to help. We put a poster up in the window of our house about saving the planet and we try and recycle as much as we can. But we want to do more, which is why we started this petition.
