စစ်ကောင်စီကို လက်နက်စွဲကိုင်တော်လှန်ဖို့ ဖွဲ့စည်းထားတဲ့ ပြည်သူ့ကာကွယ်ရေး တပ်ဖွဲ့ (PDF) အရေအတွက်ဟာ နိုဝင်ဘာလကုန်အထိ ၃၈၀ အထိရှိတယ်လို့ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးနဲ့ လုံခြုံရေးဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာ အင်စတီကျု (MIPS) က RFA ကို ပြောပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိမှာ စစ်တပ်ဟာ အရေအတွက် များပြား လာနေတဲ့ PDF တွေကို အပြင်းအထန် ရှာဖွေနှိမ်နင်းတာကြောင့် နှစ်ဖက်ထိခိုက်ကျဆုံးမှုတွေ တိုးလာ နေပါတယ်။</p><p>စစ်တပ်ရဲ့ နှိမ်နင်းမှုတွေနဲ့အတူ အရပ်သားခုခံစစ်တွေဟာ တိုင်းနဲ့ပြည်နယ် ၁၄ ခုလုံးမှာ ပေါ်ပေါက်ခဲ့တာ ဖြစ်ပြီး အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ (NUG) ရဲ့ ဒီနေ့ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အရ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ အောက်တိုဘာ ၇ ရက်ကနေ နိုဝင်ဘာ ၆ ရက်အထိ တစ်လအတွင်း နိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်းမှာ ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်စဉ် ၆၆၈ ကြိမ်ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့ပြီး စစ်ကောင်စီ တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင် ၁,၃၀၉ ဦး သေဆုံးကာ ၄၆၃ ဦး ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီအရေအတွက်နဲ့ ပတ်သက်လို့ RFA အနေနဲ့ သီးခြားအတည်ပြုနိုင်ခြင်းတော့ မရှိပါဘူး။</p><p>NUG ရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အရ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းဟာ ၁၀၈ ကြိမ်နဲ့ ခုခံစစ်ဖြစ်ပွားမှု အများဆုံးဒေသ ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းမှာ ခုခံစစ် အမြင့်ဆုံးဖြစ်နေတာက ကချင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ချင်းပြည်နယ်တွေက တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင် အဖွဲ့ အစည်းတွေ နဲ့ ဆက်စပ်နေတယ်လို့ စစ်ကောင်စီက ယူဆထားလို့ဖြစ်နိုင်တယ်လို့ ဒီပဲယင်းမြို့နယ် ဂဠုန်တပ်တော်အဖွဲ့က ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ကိုစွန်ရဲက ပြောပါတယ်။</p><p>“လက်တွေ့ စစ်ရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုကလည်း စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း တစ်တိုင်းလုံးက လှုပ်ရှားနေတာပါတယ်။ အဲဒါကြောင့်မို့ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်းကို ဖိတာလည်းပါတယ်။ သူတို့ဖိနေတာက ရောက်တဲ့နေရာမှာ မီးရှို့တယ်။ အကြမ်းဖက်မှုတွေ ပြင်းပြင်းထန်ထန်လုပ်တယ်။ မြေပြင်မှာ ကားတွေနဲ့သွားလို့ အဆင်မပြေတော့ ရဟတ်ယာဉ်တွေသုံးပြီး ပစ်တဲ့အထိကိုရှိတယ်။ ဒေသခံအဖွဲ့တွေကတော့ မိုင်းဆွဲတိုက်ခိုက်တာနဲ့ ပြောက်ကျားစနစ်ကိုပဲ အသုံးပြုပါတယ်။ သူတို့ပိုကြမ်းလေ ကျွန်တော်တို့ကလည်း ပိုကြမ်းလေပဲ"</p><p>ဒေသခံ အရပ်သားကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်တွေကို ဖြိုခွင်းတဲ့ စစ်ဆင်ရေးမှာ စစ်တပ်ဘက်က လေကြောင်း တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေကိုပါ အသုံးပြုနေပေမယ့် PDF တွေဘက်ကတော့ လက်နက်ချင်းမမျှလို့ ပြောက်ကျား နည်းစနစ်ကိုပဲ အဓိကထားအသုံးပြုပြီး ခုခံနေတယ်လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။</p><p>စစ်တပ်ဟာ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေကိုပါ ပြုလုပ်နေတာကြောင့် ဒေသခံတွေဟာ မကြာခဏ ထွက်ပြေး တိမ်းရှောင်နေရသလို တိုက်ပွဲတွေ ပိုဖြစ်လာနိုင်လို့ ဗုံးခိုကျင်းတွေ တူးထားရမယ့် အခြေအနေဖြစ်လာပြီလို့ လုံခြုံရေးအရ အမည်မဖော်လိုတဲ့ စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း၊ ကနီမြို့ခံတစ်ဦးက ပြောပါတယ်။</p><p>“မနေ့ကဆိုရင် လေယာဉ်ကြီးက ပျံသွားပြီဆိုပြီး ကြည့်နေကြတာ၊ ကြည့်နေတဲ့အချိန် အပေါ်ကနေ ပြီးတော့ တရစပ် မိနစ်နှစ်ဆယ်လောက် လက်နက်တွေနဲ့ ပစ်ချတယ်။ အဲဒီကျတော့မှ ပြေးကြဟေ့ဆိုပြီး ချုံတွေထဲ၊ သစ်ပင်အောက်တွေထဲပြေးရတယ်။ လေကြောင်းကနေ ပစ်တာမျိုး ပြည်သူတွေက မကြုံဖူးဘူး၊ လေယာဉ်လာတယ်ဆိုရင် ထွက်မကြည့်တော့ဘဲနဲ့ လုံခြုံတဲ့နေရာ ရှာသင့်နေသင့်တယ်။ အရေးပေါ်နေဖို့ ဗုံးခိုကျင်းတွေ လုပ်ရမယ့် အနေအထားမျိုးရှိလာပြီ"</p><p>နိုဝင်ဘာ ၁၀ ရက်၊ မနေ့က စစ်ကိုင်းတိုင်း ကနီမြို့နယ်မှာ စစ်ကောင်စီက စစ်ရဟတ်ယာဉ်အသုံးပြုပြီး ပစ်ခတ်တာတွေ လုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် အရပ်သား လေးယောက်ထက်မနည်း ဒဏ်ရာရခဲ့သလို လက်ရှိမှာလည်း မင်းကုန်း၊ ရှမ်းမြောင်း၊ တဆယ်ချောင်နဲ့ ပန်းဆိုင်း ရွာတွေက ဒေသခံ ၂,၀၀၀ ခန့်ဟာ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်းရှောင် နေရပါတယ်။</p><p>ဒီတစ်လအတွင်း စစ်တပ်ဟာ အရပ်သားတွေအပေါ် အကြမ်းဖက်မှု ၁၉၇ ကြိမ် ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တယ်လို့ NUG ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဋ္ဌာနရဲ့ အစီရင်ခံစာမှာ ဖော်ပြခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီအကြမ်းဖက်မှုကြောင့် အရပ်သား ၃၁၃ ဦး သေဆုံးပြီး ၆၃ ဦး ထိခိုက်ဒဏ်ရာရကာ ၄၂၆ ဦး ဖမ်းဆီးခံခဲ့ရတယ်လို့ အစီရင်ခံစာက ဆိုပါတယ်။ ဒီအချက်အလက်တွေဟာ သတင်းမီဒီယာ ပေါင်း ၄၀ နဲ့ မြေပြင်ကလာတဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေအပေါ်မှာ အခြေခံထားတာလို့ အစီရင်ခံစာမှာ တပါတည်း ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။</p><p>တစ်လအတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီဘက်က ၁,၃၀၉ ဦး သေဆုံးခဲ့တယ်လို့ အစီရင်ခံစာမှာ ဖော်ပြပေမယ့် ခုခံစစ်ပွဲတွေ အတွင်း ကျဆုံးခဲ့တဲ့ PDF တပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင် အရေအတွက်ကိုတော့ ဖော်ပြထားတာမရှိပါဘူး။</p><p> "ကြည့်နေတဲ့အချိန် အပေါ်ကနေ ပြီးတော့ တရစပ်မိနစ် နှစ်ဆယ်လောက် လက်နက်တွေနဲ့ ပစ်ချတယ်"</p><p>ဒါနဲ့ပတ်သက်လို့ NUG ကာကွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဋ္ဌာန အမြဲတမ်းအတွင်းဝန် ဦးနိုင်ထူးအောင်ကို RFA က ဆက်သွယ် မေးမြန်းခဲ့ပေမယ့် ခုချိန်အထိ အကြောင်းပြန်ကြားလာတာ မရှိသေးပါဘူး။</p><p>စစ်ကောင်စီ ပြောရေးဆိုခွင့်ရှိသူ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ဇော်မင်းထွန်းကတော့ တိုက်ပွဲတွေအတွင်း ဘယ်သူတွေပဲ သေသေ ကိုယ့်ပြည်သူတွေပဲ သေဆုံးတာဖြစ်လို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ဖို့ မရှိပေမယ့် NUG က ထုတ်ပြန်တဲ့ စစ်တပ်ဘက်က သေဆုံးသူ အရေအတွက်ကတော့ ဖောင်းပွလွန်းနေတယ်လို့ တုံ့ပြန်ပါတယ်။</p><p>“ဘယ်လောက်သေတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာစရာ အကြောင်းမရှိပါဘူး။ ဘယ်သူသေသေ ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံသားသေတဲ့ ကိစ္စပဲဖြစ်တယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ပြောလိုတာကတော့ အကြမ်းဖက် တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ၊ ဗုံးထောင်ဗုံးခွဲ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ မရှိဘူးမဟုတ်ဘူး ရှိပါတယ်။ လုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့ဝင်တွေ ကျဆုံးတာ၊ ဒဏ်ရာရရှိတာ မရှိဘူး မဟုတ်ဘူး၊ ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ သူတို့ (NUG) ချဲ့ ကားပြောတာထက် အများကြီးလျော့နည်းတယ်လို့ပဲ ပြောချင်ပါတယ်”</p><p>ဒါ့အပြင် တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး အတိုင်းအတာနဲ့ ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေတဲ့ မိုင်းထောင်မိုင်းခွဲ တိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေနဲ့ ပစ်ခတ်မှုတွေကို လျော့နည်းသွားအောင် စစ်တပ်အနေနဲ့ လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမယ်လို့ သူက ပြောပါတယ်။</p><p>NUG က ခုခံစစ် မကြေညာသေးခင်ကာလ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်ဝန်း ခုခံစစ်တွေ စတင်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဇွန် ၁ ရက် ကနေ သြဂုတ်လကုန်အထိ သုံးလအတွင်းမှာ တိုက်ပွဲနဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်စဉ် ၁,၁၇၁ ကြိမ် ဖြစ်ပွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။</p><p>အဲဒီဖြစ်စဉ်တွေအတွင်း စစ်ကောင်စီဘက်က သေဆုံးသူ ၁,၇၁၀ ဦးရှိခဲ့ပြီး ဒဏ်ရာရရှိသူ ၆၃၂ ဦးရှိခဲ့တဲ့အပြင် ပြည်သူဘက်ကလည်း ၄၃၁ ဦးအထိ သေဆုံးခဲ့တယ်လို့ NUG ရဲ့ စက်တင်ဘာ ၁၄ ရက်မှာ ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့တဲ့ အစီရင်ခံစာမှာ ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။</p><p>ဒါပေမဲ့ ခုခံစစ်ကြေညာတဲ့ နှစ်လအတွင်းမှာ တိုက်ပွဲနဲ့ ခုခံစစ် ၁,၃၅၈ ကြိမ်ဖြစ်ပေါ်ခဲ့ပြီး စစ်တပ်ဘက်က သေဆုံးသူ ၂,၀၇၇ ဦးရှိခဲ့သလို ပြည်သူ ၄၇၇ ဦး သေဆုံးခဲ့တယ်လို့ NUG ရဲ့ အစီရင်ခံစာတွေမှာ ဖော်ပြ ထားပါတယ်။</p><p>ဒီအချက်အလက်တွေအရ တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး ခုခံစစ်ကြေညာတဲ့ စက်တင်ဘာ ၇ ရက်နောက်ပိုင်း နိုင်ငံအနှံ့မှာ စစ်ကောင်စီကို လက်နက်ကိုင် ဆန့်ကျင်တာနဲ့ မိုင်းခွဲတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ ပိုများလာသလို ထိခိုက်သေဆုံးမှု တွေလည်း ပိုများလာတာကို တွေ့ရပါတယ်။</p><p>နိုင်ငံရေးနဲ့ စစ်ရေးလေ့လာသုံးသပ်သူ ဦးသန်းစိုးနိုင်ကတော့ NUG ဟာ အောက်တိုဘာ ၂၈ ရက်မှာ စစ်ရေး ဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟိုကော်မတီ (Central Command and Coordination Committee/ C3C) ကို ဖွဲ့စည်းလိုက်တာ ကြောင့် တိုက်ပွဲနဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခဖြစ်စဉ်တွေဟာ လာမယ့်ကာလတွေမှာ ပိုပြီး တိုးလာဖို့ရှိနေတယ်လို့ သုံးသပ် ပါတယ်။</p><p>“C3C လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ NUG နဲ့ တိုင်းရင်းသားလက်နက်ကိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေ၊ PDF တွေ ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းရေး စစ်ဦးစီးဋ္ဌာနတစ်ခုကို စပြီးဖွဲ့စည်းလိုက်နိုင်တယ်။ အဲတော့ တဖြည်းဖြည်းနဲ့ ဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်လာတဲ့ အနေအထားက တစ်ပြည်လုံးကို ပြောက်ကျား စစ်မဟာသေနင်္ဂဗျူဟာ ချမှတ်ပြီးလုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ အနေအထား တစ်ရပ်ဆီဖြစ်ပေါ် တိုးပွားသွားမယ်လို့ ပြောချင်ပါတယ်”</p><p>စစ်အာဏာရှင်ကို ဆန့်ကျင်တဲ့ လမ်းမပေါ်က ဆန္ဒပြပွဲတွေ သေနတ်နဲ့ ပစ်ခတ် ဖြိုခွင်းခံရပြီးတဲ့နောက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနှံ့မှာ အရပ်သားခုခံကာကွယ်မှုတွေ ပေါ်ပေါက်လာပြီး လက်နက်ကိုင်တော်လှန်မှုတွေနဲ့ မိုင်းဆွဲတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ တဖြည်းဖြည်း တိုးလာနေတာပါ။</p><p>နိုင်ငံတကာ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်းကတော့ မြန်မာပြည်အကျပ်အတည်းကို လက်နက်ကိုင်နည်းလမ်းအစား တွေ့ဆုံညှိနှိုင်းရေးနည်းလမ်းနဲ့သာအဖြေရှာဖို့ ထုတ်ဖော်ပြောဆိုထားကြပါတယ်။</p><p>ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လူသားချင်းစာနာမှု ဆိုင်ရာညှိနှိုင်းရေးရုံး (UNOCHA) ရဲ့ နိုဝင်ဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့ ကိန်းဂဏန်းတွေ အရ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့ကတည်းက တိုက်ပွဲနဲ့ လုံခြုံရေး အခြေအနေတွေကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတစ်ဝှမ်းမှာ လူဦးရေစုစုပေါင်း ၂၂၃,၃၀၀ ခန့် နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာ ထွက်ပြေးခဲ့ကြရပါတယ်။</p><p>ဒါ့အပြင်
