It is powerful with reasonable speed in China (even better speed in Europe where I stayed for a short while). We used to love the free live support that was available earlier. However, the instructions and FAQs are quite helpful now. Moreover the user interface is forever improving. After having used my account for three weeks the VPN suddenly stopped connecting yesterday onward. I am looking for a solution and hope to find one soon :) So I would recommend StrongVPN if you are looking for a powerful service and need to use VPN extensively such as for work purposes.
