<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">對單身男女而言，二月14日的情人節似乎過得特別漫長？</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">當天社群網站都會充滿各種「放閃照」，除了聽見「恭喜恭喜」的祝福語之餘，也會聽見不少單身者「心碎」的聲音。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">甚至連部分單身的基督徒都會埋怨上帝，為什麼不為自己預備對象？單身男女應該如何看待情人節？迦拿婚姻家庭成長協會劉家富傳道受訪時表示，其實只要以健康的心態看待情人節，就可以自由快樂地度過美好的情人節！</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">以健康心態看待情人節</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">劉傳道說，許多單身男女的心非常脆弱，每逢碰到會被問起感情問題的佳節聚會，像是情人節、新年、同學會等，都會裹足不前。單身男女們不想面對單身問題，甚至會因為沒有對象而覺得失落，錯誤地認為是自己條件不好，才會找不到對象。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">劉傳道引用聖經希伯來書十二章1-2節「我們既有這許多的見證人，如同雲彩圍著我們，就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程，仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌。他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。」鼓勵單身的弟兄姊妹，不要因單身而氣餒，反而要在人際關係中實踐對神的信心。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">學習積極建立人際關係</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">他說，身邊的情侶有如雲彩圍繞我們的見證人，而單身者應學習在情人節以正確的眼光，放下壓力與重擔，自我調整並以健康的心態看待情人節，在羨慕其他有對象的人時，也學習裝備及努力，為更好的自己做出改變與進步，讓自己成為有目標與方向的人。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">他也教導單身男女要學習耶穌，存著忍耐的心，不因世俗對單身的各種標籤而感到失望，而是不斷在禱告中尋求，努力找到適合的對象。此外，單身者應要更多重視關係，不論是家人或朋友，都應該積極地建立與他人的關係，訓練自己與別人相處。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">最後，他也建議單身男女可以尋找一個屬靈的同伴，為彼此的情感問題帶到神的面前，為對方禱告，同時也不要將自己隱蔽，在上帝的遮蓋下，參與聯誼活動，讓自己有更多機會接觸不同的朋友，擴大交友圈子，讓神在健康與自然的關係中，逐漸為自己預備最合適的對象！</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">情人節可能很多單身的朋友都因為沒有伴侶而感到孤獨寂寞甚至煩惱…… 在現今消費主義的社會下，情人節漸漸變成一個又一個的商機，甜蜜的情侶套餐，名貴的禮物，一束束的鮮花……現在甚至還有單身狗套餐給沒有伴侶的人士，令單身的人感到不是味兒。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">然而單身只是一個處境，不是一個問題，任何人都經歷過單身的時候，情人節也只是一個節日，別因為了一時意氣，而賭上自己一生的幸福與時間。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:large;line-height:30px;letter-spacing:2px;">情人節一年只是一日，而陪在你身邊的人可能就是一輩子，最重要的是不要因情人節才找另一半，而是因為真心真意的愛與承諾。</span></p>

<p>Bill Barr 慈祥地坐在木枱旁，留心地摺了十張紙巾。</p>
<p>結婚66年，每當Barr 和妻子外出時，他都會將紙巾帶在身上。現在，紙巾成為了91歲的Barr 其中一件前往午餐約會時要帶的行裝。</p>
<p>臨出發前，Barr 在冰櫃裡取出一罐椰子汁。</p>
<p>過了差不多兩個世紀，Barr 一直都支持和照顧由90年代起確診患有老人痴呆症的太太。直至5年前，93歲的Doris 仍住在家中，而Barr 無微不至地照顧她。</p>
<p>Barr 說：「<strong>有她在身旁，我就可以摸到她，只要可以有她在身旁就好。當我要去另一個地方才可以探望她，我們就住在不同的世界了</strong>。」</p>
<p>隨著年日過去，Doris的病情每況愈下，要照顧她和家中的事務對Barr 造成很大的負擔，因此，家人提議將Doris 安置在一個附近的個人護理之家。</p>
<p>有差不多4年的時間，Doris 需要使用輪椅和不能再多說話。</p>
<p>Barr 決心要在太太身旁，他幾乎每天都會探望她。他在資助房屋中預備好午餐，就帶到太太那裡要和太太有午餐約會。</p>
<p>Barr 探望她，和她談及他們的孩子和孫子，還有他們以前一起做的事，有時他會唱歌給她聽。他也會餵她，偶爾會給她輕輕一個吻。</p>
<p>Barr說道：「<strong>當牧師說：『不論環境順逆，貧賤或是富貴，健康或是疾病……』，我是認真的，她也是認真的。</strong>」</p>

<p><strong>“</strong><strong>他們的家充滿愛"</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>這對老夫妻的孫女 Lianne Pereux 小時候在他們的家中長大，她說他們的關係是很獨特的。</p>
<p>Pereux 回憶說：「他們的家常常充滿愛，他們之間也是。我爺爺經常唱歌給嫲嫲聽，和她跳舞和逗她笑。」</p>
<p>Pereux 補充說Doris 有一種笑聲，是專為Barr 而發的，而他們有的東西也是特別的。</p>
<p>Pereux 說：「很難相信，66年，人可以一起而仍然相愛著像結婚當天一樣。非常難以想像，對我來說，他們永遠是我的模範。」</p>
<p>Barr 說他的太太和他任何一個拍過拖的女孩子很不同。</p>
<p>他補充說他太太關顧所有人和從來不會口出惡言。</p>
<p>Barr 說笑地說早在1948年，他觀察了Doris 一陣子後，才鼓起勇氣結識她為朋友。</p>
<p>他第一次見到Doris 是在一個初級的曲棍球比賽，當她在市中心那Eaton 部門店店舖工作時，他嘗試故意地衝向她。他最後成功追到她，並約她看戲。</p>
<p>「我們走在 Portage Avenue 上，然後我捉著她的手，從那時起我拖著她的手，走到今日，從沒放開過。」</p>
<p><strong>發現病徵</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>1998年，家人開始發現Doris 有記憶困難，和開始忘記東西。</p>
<p>因家族病史中曾出現過老人痴呆症，Doris 確診老人痴呆症是意料之內，但家人認為及早發現和治療，加上和Barr 的愛情，對Doris 的病情有幫助。</p>
<p>Pereux 說：「不少人相信我爺爺對她的愛、欣賞和忠誠，對她的身心健康都有幫助。」</p>
<p>「如果有人每一天都向你表達愛和忠誠，這很難對你的情緒和身體健康沒有幫助。」</p>
<p>加拿大老人痴呆症學會 (The Alzheimer Society of Canada) 說約有 564,000 個加拿大人有痴呆病，醫療費達每年104億。到2031年，學會預計數字會升至 937,000 個加拿大人。</p>
<p>Barr 如他在婚姻誓詞中那般傳統的人，其實很追得上潮流。他經常和家人朋友說笑話，他有iphone, facebook 和twitter 戶口，他會用文字訊息與資助房屋的職員聯絡。</p>
<p>他知道常活動和小心身體的重要性，若是可行，他會一直去探望太太。</p>
<p>「我最常去的地方就是有她的地方，所以我經常去探望她。但我也要小心因為我要夠健康才能讓我們能持續相見。」</p>

<p><strong><em>不同</em></strong><strong><em>研究指出，</em></strong><strong><em>當</em></strong><strong><em>伴侶</em></strong><strong><em>知道</em></strong><strong><em>他們的另一半一直</em></strong><strong><em>觀看</em></strong><strong><em>色情，</em></strong><strong><em>他們</em></strong><strong><em>常常表示感到</em></strong><strong><em>迷</em></strong><strong><em>失、</em></strong><strong><em>被</em></strong><strong><em>背叛、</em></strong><strong><em>多</em></strong><strong><em>疑、身心交瘁和憤怒：許多人更</em></strong><strong><em>出現</em></strong><strong><em>焦慮和抑鬱的具體徵狀。</em></strong></p>
<p>以下是一個很多人不敢面對的真相：雖然人可以選擇獨自觀看色情資訊，但這個觀看不單影響他們，也會影響他們的伴侶，這不是正面的影響。Jennings Bryant 和 Dolf Zillman 是兩位來自阿拉巴馬大學(University of Alabama) 的知名色情研究學者，他們研究媒體和色情的影響已有三十年之久。他們提到有關色情的使用時，他們說：<strong>「沒有嚴謹的研究顯示有正面效用」</strong>。<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1">[1]</a>換句話說，在所有已進行有關色情的研究中，均找不到色情有任何益處。相反，好幾個研究指出觀看色情不但對使用者造成嚴重的傷害，同樣的傷害也會影響他們最親的人，<strong>尤其是他們的伴侶。</strong><a href="#_ftn2" name="_ftnref2">[2]</a></p>
<p>不同研究指出，單單只是一次接觸軟性色情已經會令人感到其伴侶的吸引力減弱。<a href="#_ftn3" name="_ftnref3">[3]</a>而當一個人經常觀看色情，他們更容易不滿意伴侶的外表、性表現及性好奇。<a href="#_ftn4" name="_ftnref4">[4]</a></p>
<p>為何會有這種突然的失望？可能因為色情展示人的外表及行為方式都是虛構 [參：AV冷知識7: 色情在說謊?] ，色情把它弄得像一個興奮的真實——對於他們的伴侶來說，他們常常覺得永遠做不到這個「真實」。<a href="#_ftn5" name="_ftnref5">[5]</a></p>
<p>我們知道女人在色情中的描繪是經過整容美化、化妝和用電腦特效修緝過（P圖），<a href="#_ftn6" name="_ftnref6">[6]</a>因此我們不難明白為什麼根據全國調查，每七位女性只有一位不認為「色情影片提高了男性對女性外表的期望。」<a href="#_ftn7" name="_ftnref7">[7]</a></p>
<p>此外，不只女性的外表需要符合色情的標準，在大多數的色情當中，性行為只是滿足男人的事。<a href="#_ftn8" name="_ftnref8">[8]</a><strong>即使男人想對她們做什麼，就算是危險、痛苦或者羞辱的行為，女性都被描繪成很開心的模樣。</strong><a href="#_ftn9" name="_ftnref9">[9]</a>一個有關「最受歡迎色情影片」的研究指出，十個有九個畫面都展示女人在言語或者身體上被虐待，但那些女性受害者近乎每一次的反應都是開心或表現得不在意。<a href="#_ftn10" name="_ftnref10">[10]</a>就算在最主流的色情影片中，展示的性行為都是極端地貶低女性，並且往往以滿足男性的性慾和快感作前提去進行。<a href="#_ftn11" name="_ftnref11">[11]</a>因此，看色情片的男性對「性為何物」的觀念就會被扭曲。<a href="#_ftn12" name="_ftnref12">[12]</a>許多伴侶表示，他們時常被要求飾演色情中的情節或做一些令她們不舒服或感到被貶低的行為。 <a href="#_ftn13" name="_ftnref13">[13]</a></p>
<p>女性主義作家 Niomi Wolf向年紀與大學生相約的女性進行訪問，受訪者表示在性關係中，女性經常感到<strong>「她們永遠都不能達標，而且她們也不能為自己想要的作出要求。」</strong><a href="#_ftn14" name="_ftnref14">[14]</a></p>
<p>而這種心裏的煎熬比「床事上的不愉快」來得更加深層。由於在我們的文化中，女性通常都會期待她們的親密關係能建立在信任、專重、坦誠和愛之上，當一個女人發現她的伴侶正在觀看色情——而色情所美化的剛好相反：不尊重、虐待、攻擊、不忠——這不但催毀她對伴侶的信任，就連她在這關係中所相信的一切基礎也會動搖。<a href="#_ftn15" name="_ftnref15">[15]</a></p>
<p>這種傷痛可以帶來十分嚴重的後果。幾個研究指出，當女士發現她們的另一半一直觀看色情，她們常常表示感到迷失、被背叛、多疑、身心交瘁和憤怒。<a href="#_ftn16" name="_ftnref16">[16]</a>許多女士更出現焦慮和抑鬱的具體徵狀。有些女士出現創傷後遺症的徵狀，更有一些企圖自殺。<a href="#_ftn17" name="_ftnref17">[17]</a></p>

<p>2017年7月11日，藝人王君馨（Grace）在香港補辦婚宴。新娘王子君馨進場時為老公獻唱，對方感動流淚，連她自己都意想不到婚禮會那麼感動。</p>
<p>王君馨老公Daniel特別於婚禮上安排了一個特別及莊重的儀式「洗腳禮」，Grace及Daniel為對方互相洗腳，寓意<strong>彼此扶持、照顧對方一生一世、不離不棄</strong>。當Daniel為君馨洗腳時，Grace哭成淚人，場面感人，可見這個儀式對他們別具意義。</p>
<p>雖然香港傳媒報導時也不忘以「處女黨」揶揄有宗教信仰的王君馨選擇「婚後才有性關係」，但也不阻她的甜蜜及對婚姻的重視。王君馨讀上自己寫的誓詞，其中一句是：「<strong>無論他朝有一日，有一個更好、更適合、更靚仔、更本事的人在我身邊，我都依然會選你。</strong>」接受訪問時，她坦言「這是不容易，但我覺得愛是一個選擇，要日日都選你的老公，我會好努力和比心機，日日都選他。」王君馨老公的誓詞：「好期待每一日跟你生活，可以發現更多一些令我愛上你的事情。」</p>
<p>在今天崇尚自由的文化中，愈來愈多人認為結婚是一個限制自由的束縛，甚至用「社會服務令」來形容。而家計會在2016年的調查也發現年青一代較喜歡「先同居後結婚」。似乎沒有太多承諾束縛的同居是較好的選項，但其實不少研究指出，「先同居後結婚」會增加婚姻不美滿和離婚的危機。[1] 相反，承諾程度愈高的關係會更加甜蜜！[2]因此，一段有承諾的戀愛反而十分感動浪漫。</p>

<p>今天，不少人相信在性關係方面：「婚前不驗貨，婚後不和諧。」</p>
<p>究竟情侶在結婚前愈早有性行為，讓大家了解性生活是否協調較好，抑或在婚前不發生性行為，讓關係的其他領域得以發展較好呢？這個問題在心理學界的研究不多。直至2010年，一間大學研究團隊嘗試探討這個謎團。研究人員檢視2,035對已婚伴侶，看看他們之間發生第一次性行為的時間跟他們現在的關係質素是否有關。結果發現，不論他們的宗教、關係長短、教育程度及性伴侶數目如何，結婚後彼此才有第一次性行為跟較美滿的婚姻關係有關。</p>
<p>這是一個由美國楊百翰大學(Brigham Young University)的科學家進行的研究，刊登在美國心理學會出版的《家庭心理學期刊》(<em>J</em><em>ournal of Family Life</em>)。他們訪問了2,035對已婚伴侶，問他們第一次跟伴侶發生性行為的時間(婚前早期：約會後一個月內、婚前後期：約會後一個月至兩年內、或結婚後)。結果分析顯示，伴侶等待至結婚才有性行為會享受一個更甜蜜美滿的關係。</p>
<p>婚後才有性行為的男和女，他/她們跟伴侶的關係質素，都比其他組別的同一性別受訪者顯著地高。整體來說，婚後才有性行為的關係穩定度高22%、關係滿意度高20%、性生活質素高15%、伴侶間的溝通高12%。對於「婚前後期」有性行為的人來說，以上關係質素都比「婚後」有性行為的人少一半。研究人員指出，雖然很多情侶在長久承諾關係前都會探索彼此的性關係是否協調，但這樣會過度強調關係的「肉體」層面而忽略了彼此的信任、忠誠和承諾。帶領研究的教授Dean Busby指出：「這個課題的大多數研究都集中在個人的性經驗，而非[性行為]在關係中的時間。」</p>
<p>美國另一位教授Mark Regnerus指出：「除了性之外，關係還有很多元素，但我們的確發現那些等待較長的人在關係中有更好的性生活。我認為這是因為他們學懂溝通及更有技巧處理突如其來的問題。」他指出：「太早度蜜月的情侶 (即關係早期已看重性)當想起令關係穩定和伴侶信任的質素時，常常發現自己的關係發展不健全。」</p>
<p>縱然這份研究沒有說性行為的等候能「百份百保證」有美好的婚姻關係，但這種「等候」對美滿關係的建立仍扮演一個重要角色，正如Dean Busby教授指出：「不論伴侶的宗教信仰如何，等候幫助關係建立一個更好的溝通過程，而這會有助關係滿意度及長久穩定性。」</p>

<p><a href="https://lovedoughnuts.wordpress.com/2017/04/26/%e5%9b%9b%e9%bb%9e%e5%9b%9e%e6%87%89%e8%bf%91%e6%97%a5%e7%9a%84ptgf%e9%a2%a8%e6%b3%a2/">上個post</a>我回應最近ptgf事件， 發現IG好多人留言話唔明咩叫｢不認同但尊重｣， 其實個post好簡單， 只係講兩樣野：</p>
<p>1. Ptgf都係人，你可以唔認同佢地某D做法， 但唔代表你可以爆佢地私隱和留言侮辱/攻擊佢地人格， 等於你做錯野之後都唔會網上公開自己幅相比人羞辱自己，甚至好快原諒自己。</p>
<p>2. 性交易對女性有性剝削， 多個性伴侶對女性的身心傷害大好多， 好多過來人分享(如中山美里) ，話幾多錢都填補唔到失去的野。 其實以上兩點分別比侮辱ptgf的人和ptgf 的女仔睇， 一方面希望d人唔好侮辱d 女仔， 同埋希望d女仔早日離開ptgf的火爐。 但好多人超極端，一係就侮辱ptgf 的人格， 一係就全盤接受性交易， 而唔係將人和事分開處理。</p>
